Rating System's business value is high but the site was written in language that sounded foreign to North Americans, which is not surprising, since the author was not a native English speaker or marketer. I completely rewrote the copy on this site to deliver a marketing message that sells and sounds like conversational American English.

Kronen Group High Value Real Estate Brochure
Kronen is a boutique real estate agency that specializes in high end urban condominiums in metro Seattle. Their marketing strategy for this niche includes impressive, glossy print brochures for properties priced above a million dollars. Here's an example of copy that sells real estate without sounding like all the other listings you typically encounter.

Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding
Before this project, the NW School had no brochure. Now they have 2 that cover both their target markets. I wrote the copy and production-managed the creative team, comprising three members. Elizabeth Becker provided photography, and Sara Chapman created the graphic layouts. We earned a glowing testimonial from the NW School's Director.

Instruction Brochure for Clamptite
The Clamptite is a unique and ingenious tool that makes hose clamps out of wire. Using it is not difficult, but it’s not intuitive, either. So I made this humble brochure to ship with the tool and provide user instructions. Not all brochures are slick high profile pieces. Some are humble and utilitarian, but serve a business purpose nonetheless.
